This 1970 Rover Three Thousand Five was completed at Solihull, England on 12th January 1970 and despatched from the factory on 24th February 1970 to Grenville Motors, Sydney, New South Wales. It was delivered new to its first owner through selling agent C.V. Murray, Parramatta NSW on 13th August 1970. The Marlin air conditioning unit was the second example fitted to an Australian market P6B.

AIR CONDITIONING UNIT INSTALLED IN AUSTRALIAN MARKET 1976 ROVER 3500 P6B

1976 Nelson, New Zealand assembled, Australian Market Rover 3500 P6B. The car was delivered new through Regent Motors in Melbourne, Victoria. The air conditioning installation would have been done in Australia prior to delivery to the first owner.
